Another instance of rugby league and geopolitics colliding is in Ireland. The governing body covers Northern Ireland and Republic Of Ireland as one national team, despite officially being two different countries.
The two do play each other, with their Origin series approaching early next month. As such, I've decided to list both the fixtures in a similar way to the Latin Heat matches. Italicised to indicate that they are not full test internationals.

I've spent a little bit of time trying to decide what to do with the Latin Heat fixtures. Whilst they are not an officially sanctioned nation (as they are a collection of nations), I understand their importance in the spread of the game. I set this site up primarily to keep myself up-to-date with upcoming international fixtures, so I'm going to include their fixtures on the main list but italicised to indicate their unsanctioned nature. I may spin them off into a different section at some point in the future though.
I now have a confirmed streaming link for Czech v Sweden this weekend and an unconfirmed streaming link for Serbia v Ireland next month (all of Serbia's matches have been streamed on the same site.
Speaking of Ireland, there is also a link now up to their 38-0 win over the Belgians. Ireland seem to be the most active nation this year with 6 matches scheduled, including the European Championship A which has now also been added I recently had the pleasure of going to the Malta v Belgium match at Headingley Stadium in Leeds. It was a close fought match in the end with Malta edging ahead by a solitary point. It was a great match to watch and very good to see the crowd filling up in the South Stand as the match progressed.
Special thanks to the Maltese coach for the chat on Friday at training, and to the Maltese staff that got me and my dad into the bar after the match when it turned out we needed tickets to get in! My dad is just waiting now for the next Belgian home game to be announced so we can go over and try the beers
Well, the crowdfunding section is steadily growing, with campaigns for Malta and Belgium joining the link to Palestine RL, all of which are also below.
